Russian President Putin has ordered that all Russians
working, studying abroad to return home as he prepares for World War III. This
is coming as a result of disagreement between Russian and USA over the bombing
of a UN and Red Crescent Convoy during a ceasefire on September 19.
As at today, Russian has moved nuclear-capable missiles near
Polish border, its defense ministry confirmed on Saturday, but German’s foreign
minister has warned that this should not be taken likely as times have changed
and could not be compared to that of Cold War.
In the same vein, the Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Numan
Kurtulmus has warned that the “Proxy War” between the USA and Russia could lead
to the emergence of World-Wide Conflict between the two Cold War Superpowers.
Clockwise News gathered that this disagreement between
Russia and USA came as a result of talks between the two nations going soar.
Russia is accused of war crime following the bombing of a UN and Red Cresent
convoy during a ceasefire on September 19, which has made Russia President
Putin to ask its nationals studying abroad to return home.
It is also said that high ranking figures of Russia are said
to have received a high level warning to return home which comes after
President Putin cancelled a schedule visit to France. This order applies to
administration staff, regional administrators, law makers of all levels and
employees of public corporations.
Putin’s ministers announced they had built bunkers capable
of housing Moscow’s 14 million people.
