How To Transfer Credit To All Network

Most Nigerians are not aware of the fact that they can actually transfer credit from one sim card to another and even if they were aware, the problem of how to go about it comes in place.

Do you want to transfer credit from one sim card to another and you don’t know how to go about it, all you need to do is to follow the instructions below:

Transfer of Credit From Etisalat Sim To Another

1. To make a credit transfer from one Etisalat sim to another, all you need do is:
   Locate the Etisalat Service menu on your phone by pressing your application menu icon and pick an Etisalat icon in the list of menu available to you.
   
2. Click or pick My Services.
3. Pick My Account.
4. Pick Balance Transfer.
5. A security code box will come up. Input 0000 as the default pin.
6. Insert the amount you are willing to send.
7. Insert the recipient number, that is the person you are sending the credit to.

Note: that you can also change the security code from the service menu. You must have a minimum balance of N10. Should in case you don’t want to use that pattern, just dial *223*Pin*Amount*PhoneNumber#. Where phone number = recipient number.

Credit Transfer From MTN To MTN

With MTN it is a little bit different as you are required to have created your pin. The pin must be kept secret and known to you alone (4 digits pin). Anyone who knows your pin and have access to your phone can easily transfer your credit to another sim card.

Creating a Secret Pin or How To Change Your Pin from Default
the default pin here is 0000

Changing the pin via SMS
SMS 0000 1234 1234 to 777
0000 signifies the default pin.
1234 signifies new pin.
1234 signifies confirmation of new pin.

The 1234 is an example and can be changed to your personal four default pin. If done correctly, a message will be sent to you informing you of the successful change of your default pin.

To change transfer pin via USSD:
Dial *601*default/Old Pin*new pin*pin#. The press the send button.

How To Transfer Credit via USSD
Credit can be transferred by MTN in 2 different ways.

Transferring credit via SMS, you send
Transfer 08066666666 1000 1234 and send it to 777 where 1000 = amount, 1234 is the required pin.

Transferring the credit via USSD:
To do this, dial *600*Recipient’s phone number*amount*pin#.

Transferring Credit From Glo To Glo
In other to do this, you will need to activate the Glo ME2U first. To do this, you are required to send an SMS to 131.
Type ACT and Send to 131.
An SMS will be sent to you from Glo asking you to create or change your password/pin for security purpose.

Creating or Changing Glo ME2U Pin
Dial *131*7055555555*1000*1234#.

The recipient number must start with 8 for 080 and 7 for 070 ignoring the first digit which I usually 0.
Send the command and you will receive a message from Glo asking for confirmation by pressing 1 and 2 to cancel.

Credit Transfer From Airtel Sim To Another Sim
As usual, we will need to change the pin.
send Old Pin New Pin to 432. For example, 1234 5556 as airtel default pin is 1234.

Transferring the Credit
To transfer credit from one airtel sim to another, you need to enter the command shown below:
2U(space) Recipient’s phone number(space) Amount(space) pin. This will be sent as message 432.
