WhatsApp founded by Jan Koum began its journey in 2009
somewhere in india. Whatsapp today, happens to be the most popular mobile chat
application. It’s concept, it’s design, it’s technology is unique and have
changed the way communication flow from one person to another.
No longer do we have to wait for days or hours to access our
mails. Rather, transfer/sending of Messages, Photos, Videos, audio have been
made easy. The messages, Photos, Videos, Audio get to the receiver right on the
spot. All that is required is for the phone to support or have Whatsapp
application on it together with an active internet connection.
Most phones created today are being designed to support this
mobile application (Whatsapp). In fact from my little observation, I found out
that most people who want a new phone always ask if the phone supports that
mobile application (WhatsApp).
Bad News
As the year 2016 comes to a close, certain number of phones will no

communicate.
On the list, we have:

I attended a Digital Marketing Training Course and our lecturer said, Nokia were busy building rugged phones while the market was looking for something else. People were busy looking for phone with more features that can actually make their life easy. Nokia on the other hand was busy throwing down their phones from 50 stories to check the ruggedity of their phones.

The question here is would you rather get a rugged Nokia
phone or a slick slim android phone that can do a lot for you?
Windows Phone 7.1
Am not sure a lot of people on this part of the world uses a window phone. If they don’t then I think they might not be able to operate it. I will just go ahead and skip this.

I would classify this as the initial design/creativity that brought about the design of what we have today. They are allowed to go.

For the fact that you are not using any of these phone doesn’t
mean you are ok. As new products are produced daily the old one’s will have to
make way, but for now Blackberry, Nokia, Android and Windows users should start
thinking of what to do or do you want to stay a day without Chatting? Don’t
think so.
